Henning Schwarzkopf is a founder and partner based in the Hong Kong offices of CHEURAM Consulting Group Ltd., an international consulting firm based in Hong Kong with Chinese, European and American partners.
For more than 25 years, Mr. Schwarzkopf's legal and business practice has focused on international corporate, tax and banking matters, including private equity transactions, securities offerings, and asset protection – related issues.
He has been a speaker at conferences in various countries and venues.
In recent years, he has increasingly focused on advising European and American clients on matters relating to their market entry into China, specifically by using Hong Kong as a company headquarter and operational gateway.
In addition, his work includes assisting high-net-worth clients from various countries in utilizing Hong Kong´s excellent legal, tax and banking environment for their international investment, tax and asset protection plans and transactions.
Mr. Schwarzkopf received an M.C.L (master of comparative law) degree from the University of Miami, Florida Law School in 1979. Prior to his studies in the United States, he completed his education as a German lawyer and was a student at Leiden University in the Netherlands, as well as Tongji University in Shanghai.
His native language is German, and he is fluent in English and proficient in French and Italian.
