Elena has over 25 years of extensive financial experience in tax advisory, finance, and accounting working at top management positions in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. She also taught as a professor in accounting. Currently as a tax partner of Baker Tilly Kazakhstan Advisory, Elena has been recognized as a qualified tax advisor and consultant for many international and local companies. Elena is the holder of ACCA, MBA degree from International University of Japan and also a Member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
