Elchin Gadimov is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across banking, real estate, and commercial management. He currently serves as Group Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of International Projects at PASHA Real Estate Group, leading international expansion, commercial strategy, and large-scale development initiatives. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles within PASHA Holding and the banking sector. Elchin holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting and Audit from Azerbaijan State Economic University, as well as an MBA from the University of South Alabama.
