France IDEA is the first structured residency by investment (RBI) solution. From €300,000, eligible investors can invest directly in selected French businesses and projects and apply for a residence permit valid for up to four years.
Developed with the support of KPMG Avocats on legal and immigration matters, France IDEA offers a clear process for international investors. Investment funds are held in a French escrow account before release, in accordance with the relevant project terms. Eligible spouses and children can also apply for residence. The initial investor application does not require a French language test or a fixed minimum number of days spent in France.
