Dear, colleagues and partners!
Dr. Nico J.C. Francken has experience in working with major multinational companies in New Zealand, Spain and The Netherlands. He is also the founder of the Company and the director of the IN Group, with offices in New Zealand, The Netherlands and Singapore.
The family tradition having a lawyer in every generation was established from the 16th century. Dr. Francken holds a law degree from Leiden University in The Netherlands and the Diploma of Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium. He is a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), The New Zealand Trustee Association, the International Tax Planners Association and the Asia Offshore Association. In June 2012 he has been re-admitted to the Bar in Amsterdam. He also is a member of the Dutch and International Bar Associations.
In 1981 he established his own legal practice in The Netherlands and worked as a barrister and solicitor. He specialized in corporate, financial and business advice, working for private clients as well as for small and medium sized companies. His practice involved travel and experience in many countries all over Europe, Asia and Australasia. He assisted a plethora of clients in organizing and structuring their businesses and investments, using both on-shore and off-shore structures.
IN Fiduciary Services Group has been creating and managing international structures for both individuals and companies since 1994. For international business we have been present for more than 25 years in the traditional onshore jurisdictions:
The Netherlands - Its corporate and tax laws provide for interesting structures for use in international business and investment planning. The Dutch tax authorities understand the needs of international business to be able to work with clear and simple rules.
New Zealand - New Zealand is a country with an extremely business friendly economic system. The main structure being used within the international business and investment world is the New Zealand foreign trust.
Singapore - Singapore is the major financial centre in the Asia Pacific region that is not controlled by a large country. This jurisdiction is traditionally used for allowing for efficient ownership and control, accessing a foreign market and tax optimisation.
Most recently we opened an office in Labuan, Malaysia. It is a relatively young, mid-shore jurisdiction, perfectly designed for investment and asset protection purposes.
IN Fiduciary Services works closely with its clients and/or their advisors to investigate and analyse the real clients’ needs, implementing strategies for improving business and securing wealth and assets.
