Registration conditions and fees

* Pre-registration is required. Free of charge participation is granted only to business owners, CEOs, CFOs, heads of legal departments, heads of foreign economic departments. The organizer reserves right to reject the registration of the applicants who do not correspond to the conference audience criteria.

Registration will be confirmed by the organizer only upon filling out the registration form. The participant package fee covers the attendance of the two full days of the conference, conference materials, coffee-breaks, lunch, and the post-event cocktails. The participant package fee does not cover travel and hotel accommodation expenses. Cancellation policy: cancellation in 1 month - 50% of fee is refundable, 2 weeks and less – fee is non-refundable, non-show on the conference - fee is non-refundable.
Certificate of participation:
At the end of the conference (27 November), the participants will be able to receive a certificate of attendance of the event.

Visa information

Foreigners, as well as stateless persons (hereinafter - foreigners), enter the territory of Kazakhstan through border checkpoints open for international and passenger traffic on the basis of visas. To apply for visa please contact your local Embassy of Kazakhstan. Note, that visa type to attend conference in Kazakhstan is Business visa (ІСВ).
