Registration will be confirmed by the organizer only after the application form is filled out. The organizer reserves right to reject the registration of the applicants who do not correspond to the conference audience criteria.
The participant package fee covers the attendance of two days of the Conference, coffe-breaks, lunch and evening cocktail. The participant package fee does not cover travel and hotel accommodation expenses.

Astana Marriott Hotel is the first Marriott brand hotel in Nur-Sultan. 271 rooms overlook Astana Opera, Khan Shatyr – the biggest shopping and Entertainment Center. Hotel is located in the new city center within a walking distance to Korme Exhibition Center, Bayterek Monument, Nur-Astana Mosque, Keruen, Sary-Arka shopping centers. Close to and accessible car: Ak Orda Presidential Palace; Astana Circus; Atameken Ethno-memorial Museum; Duman Entertainment Center; Fine Arts Museum and Palace of Peace and Reconciliation.

- Deluxe Room – 50 000 KZT per room per night
- The above rates are valid for single accommodation, include 12% VAT and include Buffet breakfast at Aroma restaurant next day after arrival date, Access to Health Club (gym, pool, sauna, solarium), Wireless high-speed Internet access
- In case of double accommodation, the rate will be increased for the additional amount – 7 000 KZT including 12% VAT
- These special rates are confidential and specific to the Company and shall not be disclosed by Company or its guests to any third party
- Official hotel check-in time – 15:00
- Official hotel check-out time – 12:00
- Early check-in between 06:00 and 15:00 is non-guaranteed, subject to availability and to be paid in amount of 50% of the daily room rate. In case of early check-in before 06:00 or in order to guarantee the early check-in – the room should be pre-booked one night prior to actual arrival date
- Late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 is subject to availability and to be paid in amount of 50% of the daily room rate. In case of late check-out after 18:00 – full night stay amount to be applied. Late check-out option should be booked in advance
- All reservations are non-guaranteed. In order to guarantee the reservation – valid credit card details (credit card number, expiry date, cardholder name) fields should be properly filled in
- The hotel retains the right to preauthorize full stay amount at any time after booking in order to guarantee your reservation
- In case if the credit card provided has no sufficient funds or invalid – the guest will be informed and new credit card details should be provided at shortest possible period. In case if no any updated credit card details provided – the hotel retains the right to cancel the reservation
- All reservations can be modified or cancelled without any penalty at any time before 01.10.2019. In case of late cancellation or no-show – full stay amount to be applied as a penalty
- Airport pick-up is available for a fee for guaranteed reservations only. Please provide us with your flight details should you like us to arrange your transfer from the airport. Transportation cancellation policy is 3 hours prior to your scheduled car pick-up. Cancellation fee is equal to one transfer amount.
